i didn't use cust service yet . It came well packed . I took it out and watered it on bottom . It looks great . The only thing is' no directions . And I thought for $64 .00 minus S&H it would of came in a real pot. Not plastic . We will see. I just have it 2 days .

Died in transit. Since it was meant for my office, and it’s basically a cave, I’m not sure if it would have ended up living long to begin with.
