In most cases, we'll send you a replacement. If damage is minor, we offer partial refunds. Some leaf loss and yellowing is normal for shipping live plants, but we want happy plants and happier customers, so please reach out if you have any doubts, concerns, or questions! Please always send photos of your plant so we can better assist you.
We carefully hand-pack each plant in protective, eco-friendly materials to keep it secure and happy on its journey. We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx from either of our two greenhouses â one in California and one in Florida â to ensure the fastest possible delivery based on your location. During colder months, we offer optional heat packs for purchase to help protect your plants from the chill. Each package is clearly marked LIVE PLANTS so carriers know to handle it with care.
Yes! We stand behind our plants with a 30-Day Healthy Arrival Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or doesnât adjust within 30 days, just email us photos and details. Weâll work with you on a replacement or refund â because we believe you should love what you ordered.
We ship orders out within 1â5 business days after you place them. We ship Monday-Friday to avoid weekend delays, so your plants spend less time in a box. Youâll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is being prepared.
Some of our more rare varieties are sourced from grower's across the country, but the majority of our plants are from local grower's in central florida and southern california, where the weather conditons are ideal for cultivating tropical plants!
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the U.S., but weâre exploring local pickup options for our Austin, TX customers on a small scale! Stay tuned for updates (and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know).
