Deceptive selling.
I ordered a 4” plant. What I got seems to be the 3” picture in a 4” inch pot. The issue is, this isn't a plant. I got a 4” container with rooted cuttings. The longer vines are one node single root cuttings. One of the long vines was pulling out of the soil when opened, which means this pot of propagations were arranged before shipping. None of this is established or should be classified as a plant. These vines are only hanging on by one single root.
The biggest issue is when you shove these in a 4” pot of soil, it guarantees it will die. Too much soil around these singular roots and this will guarantee root rot.
So $20 for 5-7 single node single root cuttings? We are talking about a simple philodendron. This is a starter plant. Be prepared to propagate and be left with sticks.
