The Plant arrived with a "heat pack"that basically "cooked" many of the leaves. It never recovered and I threw it out after a month of trying to revive it. I won't be buying any other plants from Austin Jungle. With shipping it cost 30 dollars so needless to say I view it as a total waste of money.
Beautiful replacement plant! The first one received was damaged in transit due to the cold in my area, but Jerome was so prompt in returning my messages and helpful in getting another one sent as soon as the temps improved. All around pleasant experience. Will definitely consider future purchases.
I received my first plant which didnt fair well in the mail, since it was my first fern I reached out, they said it should snap out of it but would send a replacement as soon as they could. My first ended up loosing all its leaves but the rhizome looks healthy still so im hopefull it will come back. The replacement arrived very fast and is extremely healthy! Love my plant!

The plant was in distress maybe from the cold. Several leaves were yellow . I think the post office is to blame since I have ordered plants from this company before without a problem. Hopefully with a little TLC I can bring it back.
