I was very pleased with its condition upon arrival. The shipping container was amazing. It is still going strong and it has doubled in size. Very pleased.

I ordered, and expected, a large plant in a large pot. The pot was correct, but the plant was but a wee thing. That plus the AI images in their listings...very unimpressed.
A droopy, wilted thing. It also grinds my gears, and I don't miss the irony, that this shop uses AI photos for their listings. Poor form.
Plant itself was fine, just seems to have been potted in a rush since everything was dirty and it was a bit sideways.
Arrive fine. Plant is struggling a little. Have had few dead leaves and some dried leaves. Could be my care.
